To increase the number of conversions generated from customers browsing for airline tickets at the weekend through generic keyword activity.

Objective

To drive incremental sales.

Our Approach

Having analysed the keywords that actually led to sales on the following Monday/Tuesday (and identified significant potential), we created a tailored optimisation campaign targeting these keywords. We tested increasing traffic to see the impact on Monday/Tuesday bookings and measured the effect through clickpath analysis using our proprietary platform, Mercury.

Results

Brand sales driven by generic keywords increased by 23%.
