Our Approach
We created a series of campaigns designed to target specific potential customers: a campaign in English for ex-pats and other English speakers, a mini cruise campaign (high value product) and a campaign in Spanish for the Portsmouth/Bilbao route.
Results
Bookings increased by 42% year on year with the total order value increasing by 13%.
